Our strength lies with our team of people, all of whom have been employed for their unique skills and talents but, if you cut us in half you’ll find the same core values all the way through us – we are credible, engaging and creative and our mission is to create better places through great design.

Our company started in a spare bedroom in 2003. Fast forward to today and PJA now has over 140 people working across eight offices in the UK and Australia. We have a genuine passion for what we do and we work hard to ensure that the ethos of good design and quality advice runs through all aspects of our business. We may now have lots more people but we’re still just as driven and determined to do things differently. You could be part of that growth, part of that change, part of the journey we’re on.

We are proud to employ a wide range of people from diverse disciplines and backgrounds. Senior members of the team share a common desire to get the job done without the encumbrances often associated with large multi-disciplinary practices, whilst the more junior members of the team thrive on the fast-paced environment and the variety of projects they are able to get involved with.
